KC Cat’s Dad

KC Cat Family AdventureUnfortunately, another of our family members passed away – KC Cat’s Dad. He had a thyroid condition which he battled for the last three years but it was cancer that took his life in the end. He was a very loving cat who enjoyed a long life – the vet said that he was in his nineties. He will be sorely missed by all of his family and friends.

RIP ‘Little Man’. Thank you Marilyn for your wonderful story that will live on forever, and thank you to everyone for your kindness during this difficult time.

We have featured KC Cat’s Dad with his friends in our 2017 Calendar, or you can keep supporting our Rescued Cats by purchasing KC Cat’s book.

KC Cat’s Missing Family Adventure is the ninth book in the series.

KC Cat is a black cat with distinctive white markings. Born a feral kitten, he arrived unannounced on the back steps of the Rescued Cats’ Centre and was dubbed Kitty Cat (KC Cat). During that time, a black adult cat with similar markings was seen visiting the kitten as if to check on him. Richard and Chrissy who ran the Centre came to the conclusion after some years that this must be KC’s Dad. Eventually KC Cats’ Dad also moved into the Centre and became the dominant cat, always first to the bowl at eating time. Despite this he remained a very small cat whilst his son grew into a large healthy adult cat.
