Gloria’s experience with Rescued Cats Adventures

Rescued Cats GloriaI started grooming the Rescued Cats in 2015.

Walking into the house I was immediately aware of cats everywhere. All 15 of them were different colours and sizes. Many of them were moving, others resting, and some were cleaning themselves or grooming others. A few would sit in line to be groomed and woe-betide any furry queue jumpers! Sleep and rest seemed top priority with most of them. All 15 answered to their names, and of course they all had different personalities.

Zion, a large black and white fluffy, was like a stately old gentleman. He would hear my car and start walking down the driveway to greet me with others following. It was a beautiful sight to behold.

White Chin, a timid black and white female, would only allow me to be friendly provided she was in her favourite place and nowhere else.

Louie was ginger and white, and would sit high up, waiting and looking towards the door for Christine bringing in the food. If an adult passed in front of him, he became annoyed and would flick his head and eyes sideways as if to say, “get out of the way”!

This is a brief account of my 11 years spent with Christine’s Rescued Cats which still give me pleasure today.
